    System Administrator? (6.0 SP1)

I have just tries to access Internet Options via the Tools item on the menu. I get the following message:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

As this is my home PC and there are no users set up and as far as I am aware no designated 'system administrator'. I have been able to use this option in the past and don't know why it has changed.

I have run the IE repair option under install/remove programs in control panel but with no success. Interestingly, when I select Control Panel I get another message "ODBC can't load the resource windowssystem"

I clicked OK and Control Panel opened OK.

    Any ideas??

I am running Windows 98 and IE 6.0

    Thanks
