Sending the same email to many separately

I may have asked this before, but here goes.

I have one email that I want to send to several people, but rather than having it sent to many people, I want each individual to think that I sent it to him/her individually. However, I don't want the hassle of having to resend it 20 times. Is there any way you can do this at once ... select 20 people, but have Outlook churn out 20 separate emails?

use it with word and do a mail merge. there are some merge utilities but mail merge from word works good.

You could also use the BCC or blind field (it's under the View menu if you post a new message), and add all the names there. Other people can't see the remainder of the addressees.
