    Update Shapes Automatically (Visio 2002)

What do I do to create an object that once updated on one page, updates on all the rest?
    Thanks,

You can edit a shape on the document stencil and when you save it it asks whether you wish to update all the instances. This is one way of making one change to multiple objects at once but it may not suit your actual purposes. If not, give us some more detail on what you want to achieve and we will have another go at it.

    Andrew,
Of course! Once again (I usually see you lurking on the Word list) you have provided a simple answer by using a little lateral thinking. All my other enquiries regarding this problem have provided answers that required a fair degree of coding, whereas with only a minimal amount of effort I can pass on your solution directly to my users.
    Thanks again.
