    Validation Text Box Location (EXCEL2000)

When one creates a cell with validation, the Input and/or Error title and text seem to appear (in a comment-style yellow box) to the lower-right side of the cell by default.

In a sheet I've made that isn't always too convenient. I did notice that if one picks up such a yellow box and positions it somewhere, suddenly ALL validation boxes start appearing in that one location (which is also not what I was looking for). On top of that, this behavior is reset to the lower-right side of each individual cell upon sheet re-load again.

Anyone who knows if this box positioning can be controlled somehow?

I asked the very same question some time ago here and I seem to recall the answer is no.
But if you find another way I am still interested.
