    Moving signatures (Outlook 2000)

I use Outlook signatures for identical text that I send out on a regular basis - sure beats typing in the same note over and over again.

BUT, I got a new PC, and it appears as though signatures aren't tied to my mail account - they don't show up on the new PC. (I still have both PCs at my desk for the time being.)

I've thought about including each signature in a note and mailing it to the new PC, but that seems tedious and not very "cool." Since I've got about a dozen signatures, I'd rather not go that route.

    There's gotta be a better way. Ideas? <img src=/S/crossfingers.gif border=0 alt=crossfingers width=17 height=16>

Each sig is a separate file, the file name without extension is the same as the sig name, for example JohnBF.HTM, JohnBF.RTF, JohnBF.TXT. You should be able to search for them by name on the old PC. The location of your sig files may vary with the installation setup; on my Win2000/Office2000 machine they are in:
    Cocuments and Settings<JohnBF>Application DataMicrosoftSignatures
-John ... I float in liquid gardens
    UTC -7ąDS
