    Automatic switch a-roo (XP - SP1)

User while in his calendar automatically gets switched back to his inbox, then to his contacts that's not even open. He uses a laptop with an external keyboard and mouse, and he's not even touching any of these and it's switching back and forth. Any clue?

Does the user also have a touchpad on the laptop? Is there Windows XP Voice Recognition software that inadvertently hasn't been turned off? HTH

If the user has a wheel mouse, try one without the wheel. (Not as nice to use, but I've know the wheel not be 'recognized' and cause all sorts of special effects!)
