    Exchange 5.5 Mail Forward

I am having a problem with a user, which has forwarded their email to an hotmail account while on vacation. The hotmail account is full, and an NDR is being returned (and forwarded again). Where, oh where, can I turn off the forward for that particular account in the Exchange Desktop on the server. One Exchange server for about 40 people. I'm sure the user turned it on from the Outlook client. Surely, I can turn it off at the server, but where?

easiest option is to give yourself permissions to their mailbox. You should then be able to log in and disable the forward option.
I don't believe there is any option in the server console to disable the forward.

Bryan was right, if the user has set this in Outlook then you are unable to change in from the server. His method is the only solution I know of, short of changing the password for that account. This would lead to privicy issues, at least in Oz.
