    Came across this site and found it pretty interesting.

    I'm trying to make the Maple Ice Cream from that link. However, it is refusing to freeze. Now that is really rich ice cream!

    Oooh, and I hardly ever say this but it is waaaay too sweet.

    I divided the recipe in half and added 1 1/2 cups of 2 percent milk. We'll see if that freezes and cuts the sweetness a bit.
