    How to do Web discussions?

In IE and in Office(Word, Excel, PPT only), there is a feature called Web Discussion. I have studied IE Help and Office (Excel) Help; I've tried to find info in MS KB articles; I've talked with my ISP -- so far, no luck in figuring out this feature or getting it to work. Can anyone help me with Web Discussions? Thanks very much.

The help says... "The Discussions feature is available only with Microsoft Office Server Extensions, a feature that is set up by your system administrator."

    Does this help - <A target="_blank" HREF=http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q216/9/26.ASP>How to Install Microsoft Office 2000 Server Extensions</A>
