CAPS LOCK and Num Lock (97 and >)

Can I turn off and on Num Lock and Caps Lock?
I found out that you can ask MS-Word to tell you if CAPS LOCK is on by using something like:
bIsCapsLockOn = ActiveDocument.Content.Information(wdCapsLock)
If bIsCapsLockOn = True, then its on, and I should try and set it to False = Off.
And I am wondering if the light on the keyboard gets turned off... <img src=/S/drop.gif border=0 alt=drop width=23 height=23>

The .Information property is read-only. Application.CapsLock also is read-only. But there's probably a way somewhere (such as the Windows API).... maybe this one: Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 177674 - HOWTO: Toggle the NUM LOCK, CAPS LOCK, and SCROLL LOCK Keys.
