How do I stop the printing of 'Tracking info' (Outlook 2002 / SP2)

I have a user who is printing an e-mail from his sent items folder and the "Tracking information" automatically prints under the "Subject" line. How can I print something from within the sent items folder without the tracking information printing also?

    Thanks,

    Gilles

Funny, mine prints at the end of the message, I think. But rarely do I see this because I only request tracking for selected messages and tend to move those out of my Sent Items folder promptly (thus the receipts are not recorded).

    Hi Unkamunka,

Within the Sent Items Folder, the View is set "Send To" with Preview Pane activated. When I look at the send items, I do not see the Tracking Information. I have to double-click on the message, then click the Tracking tab to see the Tracking information.

    Thanks,

    Gilles

    Hi

I did mean that the tracking information prints at the end of the message. In the case of this individual, they requested delivered receipts and read receipts because it's important for them to know if the e-mail was received and read. So this individual needs to record the receipts, but would like to be able to print a copy of the message without having the tracking information.

    Thanks,

    Gilles
