Put a text box on the report, and set its Control Source to

    =[Field1] & " " & [Field2]

where Field1 and Field2 are the names of the fields to be concatenated. In this example, a space is placed between them, but you can omit this if you like, or use a comma, or whatever you prefer.

Assuming the fields are text you can simply concatenate the two strings using the & concatenation operator (and any characters you want to interpose between them, such as spaces or hyphens). You can do it on the report, or you can do it in a query that serves as the data source for the report.
