    Outlook (2000/XP)

If I have created a customised outlook template in order to set up intergration between Outlook and a CRM application. The integration works however every time I send and email I get the message " A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook - do you want to allow this?" Is there a means to turn this off without reducing protection from virus? Is is possible for Outlook to recognise certain Templates and turn this off template by template?
