    W2K memory allocation

I have installed an old PCA card into a W2K platform. Upon attempting to initiate the program, I receive the following error " cannot load VDM IPX/SPX support. I also receive the following window : 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem- Command Prompt - basrun The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. C5:0000 IP:eff1 OP:ff ff 04 00 0e Choose Close to terminate the application. I am searching for a method to allocate a small portion of the memory to be used by this program. Does W2K have a function similar to emm386?

Win2k is pretty picky about hardware. You need to make sure you have Win2k drivers.
