Hide Outlook/OE or Put 'Em in Notification Area
These moves can be done through regedits, but these programs are <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> and may be useful.
For example, you can minimize Outlook to the Notification area aka System Tray with a regedit:
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice10.0Outloo kPreferences
Add a new DWORD value and name it MinToTray
Set it equal to 1.
Restart Outlook, it should now minimize to the tray.
From there you could Customize the Notification area to achieve your objective.
But you can also do it easily with these programs, are make them hide all together--whcihever suits you.
