    Listbox - Format of Data (A2k SR1)

Can the format of the text shown in a listbox be controlled such that some rows are shown as "Bold Red" and others are normal text fonts based on a parameter of the datasource?

For example, If the data in Field 1 = "Y" Then make all text for the corresponding row "Bold Red".

    Thanks.
    Regards,

There is no built-in possibility to do this. There are Windows API functions that can customize the look of list boxes, but I don't know if you can use these with Access list boxes, since they are heavily customized already.

    Thanks Hans. That's what I expected but figured I would ask anyway. <img src=/S/cheers.gif border=0 alt=cheers width=30 height=16>

The alternative is something like a sample from Stephan Lebans' site http://www.lebans.com/customlistboxver3.htm, which simulates a listbox.
