Transfer Mail to Another Box (Outlook 2000)

    Hi

Is there anyway to transfer en block all the mail in one person mailbox into another persons mailbox.

    Any help would appreciated

Are you using a mail server, such as Exchange Server, or are you storing all mail only locally?

The Exchange administrator can probably copy or move an entire "folder", but I don't know anything about that.

User A can grant user B rights in his or her mailbox (right click a folder, select Properties, then activate the Permissions tab); user B can then copy mails from A's mailbox to his/her own.

    Hi Hans

I get the idea, I am the administrator so I should be able to do it.

Once again thanks for the help
