Info in one place; Computers everywhere
I would like to use outlook as my company's contact management software, but I have salesmen working in the field who rarely if ever come to the office. I want to have one database that everybody works from and that contains up to the minute information. What is my best option?

unless you have exchange server, probably not outlook. a database on a web server might work.
not knowing what kind of sales, there are some CRM software packages that work with outlook and don't require exchange. <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.smartsales.com>Outsmart</A> sends updates using email.
