    Mail Merge (2002 aka XP)

Excel is not completely transfering all the data into a document using the -tools mail merging - create catalog format. What is happening? Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong.

Can you find out in what way? Is the first record missing, or the last, or do you get only records 1, 3, 5, etc. or 2, 4, 6 etc.?

Activate the merge document (the one with the merge fields). Show field codes (Alt+F9). You will probably see one or more occurrences of a field that looks like { NEXT }. Remove one occurrence. Then turn of field codes (Alt+F9 again). Test the mail merge.
