    Outlook saves in OLK folder (1.0)

    Have a look at MSKB 24793. If you set the default to a designated sub-folder of, say, My Documents, you will be able to set up a "clean" sweeping mechanism.

    Two things to watch out for:<UL><LI>The folder will end up containing ALL attachments that are opened (whether they are deliberately saved or not) and <LI>Beware the requirement for a trailing backslash in the address - otherwise you'll end up with teh wrong folder.[/list]

    My Save Attachments (or right-click Save As...) defaults to My Documents. However, if I first open an attachment, it is opened in a browser cache folder named the way you describe, and Save As will continue to point there. No new suggestions on how to fix it, just to confirm with the users what exactly they are doing.
