    Search & Replace email symbols (Word 2000)

    How do you get Word to find the weird little circle character that comes in with text cut and pasted from emails in Outlook and from HTML and Acrobat documents? There's a few in the line of text from an Acrobat below that you can see in the attached Word doc.

    . You can switch between the standard and alternate greeting by dialing 7-4-5 from within the VM system.

    Hi Leife,

    Those 'little circles' are non-breaking spaces. You can find them by typing ^s in the Find box. Or you can change them to normal spaces by searching for ^s and replacing with a standard space.
