    Can't write to/delete in a subform (Access 2002)

Can someone please give me some clues as to what/where to look??

A form/subform situation was working fine in a particular logon on a network. Closed the laptop down and moved to another location. Booted up using the same username/password/domain but just got the local bootup. Now cannot append or delete records in the subform. Seem to be able to do everything else such as modify the form, etc. Get the message "Operation must use an updateble query. Problem seems to apply to all forms in the application. BUT..........

Log on to another username/password/local machine or domain, and everything works fine. Same with a third username/password.
There is no security invoked on this application.

    Any thoughts greatfully received.
    Regards
    John

What do you mean by "just got the local bootup"?
