My Doc Folder to point to User's Home Directory (XP)

I am getting ready to install my first workstation on a network. I need to change the My Documents folder to point to the user's Home Directory. How do I do that?

    Dave,
Maybe you could answer this question also. How do I join this XP workstation to my domain?
    Thanks!

Do you have access to your domain server or is it run by your IT support?

What domain netwotk software are your running?

Sorry Pam I am not going to be any help. The Exchange Server is your email server.

    What is your network software?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    Pam,
Right click MY Computer. Then click on the Computer Name tab. Then press the Change button. You'll need a userid/password with the privilege to join the domain.
