John, Post #81780 some time ago had a link to a nice little XLA add-in that does just what you're looking for. I downloaded it at the time and use it regularly. Unfortunately, I can't find the source, and can't get back back to that post.
I do believe it was freeware, so I'd be happy to send it to you.
