    running two presentations automatically (97)

    Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find out how to run two presentations completely automatically. We want to keep the presentations separate if at all possible. We'd like the first one to run through automatically, then go to the beginning of the second one and start and run that automatically, then go back to the beginning of the first presentation, and so on, so we get a continuous loop without anyone having to press the mouse or otherwise intervene.

I've found out how to insert a hyperlink, and how to insert interative buttons, but these all seem to require mouse clicks to activate them.

Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance.

You create a playlist file, which is a text file listing the names of your presentations - and then use the PPT viewer to run the list file (extension .lst). I'd keep the playlist and the presentations in the same folder.
