A program is trying to access your Address Book (XP/2002)

Whenever i try to send a word document to a routing recipient using office xp i get the following message from outlook. "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in outlook. Do you want to allow this?" i can choose yes or no i can also grant access for up to ten minutes is there anyway i can change this setting indefinitely? it's obviously a security measure but its a royal pain in the a$$ anyone know a way around it maybe turn the setting off?

This is a protection against e-mail viruses. You can install a little free program that replies Yes for you automatically: ClickYes.

If you're connected to Exchange Server, the Exchange administrator can change settings on the server, see Administrative Options for the Outlook E-mail Security Update
