Can U crack this password? (2002 aka XP)

I just noticed for the first time today that Word's historically wimpy password protection has some new options (Tools>Options>Security>Advanced...). According to Desktop Security: Protection in a Constantly Changing IT Environment:

For the password-cracking test, testers attempted to break the password-protected features for several Office documents using the password features associated with each specific version of Office in the test system configuration.

Tests also showed that the Microsoft Word test documents encrypted with the Office XP RC4 password protection features required significantly more time to defeat than the Word test documents associated with Office 97 and Office 2000.

The full 118 page report (approx. 1MB) is available here.

If anyone has downloaded the infamous "Elcomsoft.com Advanced Office 2000 Password Recovery" cracking program used in this test (or a more recent version), and you have XP, can you replicate this result? Feel free to post under a pseudonymous username to protect your identity.

What I could not find is any explanation of when to use or how to choose among the stronger encryption options. Anyone have any ideas?

Here is some background information for administrators: Office 2003 (beta) Resource Kit, "Important Aspects of Password and Encryption Protection" (General recommendations, registry settings)

Thanks, bobfoleyKM. Seems I have to register to read the post, so it'll have to wait until after hours.
