What should be done to have the full path displayed at each opened document title bar?

It is possible to write some code for this, involving application-level events, but I myself use a slightly different way to see the full path that doesn't involve programming. See if you like it.
Select Tools | Customize...
Activate the 'Commands' tab.
Select 'Web' in the 'Categories' list.
Drag 'Address' from the 'Commands' list to the menu bar, and drop it immediately to the right of the Help menu.
With the 'Address' box still selected, hover the mouse over the right edge until the mouse pointer changes into a vertical line with arrows pointing left and right.
Drag the right edge until the box has the desired width, you can make it occupy most of the free space in the menu bar.
Close the Customize dialog.
