    Printstyle outlook form (Outlook XP)

    Good afternoon all,

It's been a while, but I'm back again with a (perhaps simple) question:
Is it possible to define your own printstyle (afdrukstijl) for a selfdesigned outlook form? I can't seem to be able to do so, maybe we're not looking at the right place?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Hello Daphne,

According to OL2002: Outlook Does Not Print Forms as Expected, there is no way to define custom print styles for custom forms, either interactively or in code. The MSKB article provides sample VBScript code to transfer a screenshot of the form to a Word document. You need to be comfortable with programming to use it, and even then, it's not what I'd call elegant. <img src=/S/sad.gif border=0 alt=sad width=15 height=15>

The article provided by HansV pretty much sums up your options. I might add that it is possible to design a Word template that looks much like an Outlook form - if that is what you really need to print. As always, the devil's in the details...

See if this helps (I know nothing about custom forms, sorry): MS Custom Forms Print Support. It prints a Custom Form as more or less WYSIWYG.
