    Specific PST (Outlook 2K)

If I have several people using the same copy of Outlook, how can I have a specific PST open for each user (pword protected) at startup?

    What OS are you using?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

See help, about - are you using Corporate or Internet only mode?
if corp, you can create profiles for each user.
If internet only, you need to use differnet windows logons, which is easiest with Winxp.

    MaryJ/DaveA:

I'm using Win2K... So I need separate logins? To date I had had one set of "all" for everyone...

Yes, unless you are using Corporate/Workgroup mode.

To add to MaryJ's post, Corporate Workgroup is available to anyone, even if you are not in a corporate environment, but it's a bit slower for POP3 access, and doesn't offer IMAP accounts, so you have to check before making the move. The help file explains in more detail, to change modes you'll need to find a button labeled "Reconfigure mail support" (or something very similar to that).
