    if function question ('97, SR-2)

    Is it possible to use an ampersand in an =if function?

    I mean like "=IF(A>B&B>C,"true","not true")"

    Or do I have to use nested if statements to do this?

    Unless you are using some kind of string concatenation and string comparison, I think you want "AND(,...)", such as:

    IF(AND(A>B,B>C),"true","not true")
