Inserting Imag and Changing Properties (Access 2000/VB)

I am trying to insert a picture into a access report, but I would like to change the size of the image to 5 x 7 atnd at 200 dpi. Is there a way to get an images properties, such as image size, resolution etc. and manipulate them, when they get inserted into a report? So I don't want to edit the origianl image, just the instance that I place into the report. Any ideas or resources on how to do this would be awesome

    Thanks

You can add an image to a report and set it's size while in design view.
In the design toolbar, you will see icons for Bound, UnBound Object Frame's and Image.

You can manipulate the size as you can with other controls in a form.
