    Outlook Folders (Word 2000)

I am modifying the code in the article in the following link:

In reference to Table A, my question is, can I access a contacts folder other than the default Contacts folder? I have a separate contacats folder for each hospital client which contains the names of the medical providers for that hospital.

    Re: Outlook Folders (Word 2000)

If you know in advance the names of the folders, yes, you can access any folder you like. To get a better understanding of the folders hierarchy as viewed through VBA and the NameSpace, please try out the snippet in <post#=288561>post 288561</post#>. If you want to allow the user to navigate at runtime, check out JohnBF's <post#=284654>post 284654</post#>, particularly the line with the PickFolder method call. Hope this helps.
