    Special Characters (Word 2002)

Are there any keystroke commands using ctrl and alt with other keys for special characters as there are with a Mac?

Many many many. In the online help, it is listed toward the end of the list on the Contents tab.

In Word, Help>Microsoft Word Help>Contents tab>Using Shortcut Keys (3rd up from the bottom on my list)>Keyboard shortcuts.

From there, you get lists and lists and lists. Hope this helps.

Or go to Tools/Macros/Macros, scroll "Macros in" to Word commands/ then scroll to ListCommands & click Run. Word will create a document with all the keyboard shortcuts.
    Cheers,
