    eMail merge (Outlook XP)

The answer is probably out there but since I can't search ... sigh ... Is it possible to do an email merge in Outlook. The help text says Use Tools Mail Merge but that is a Word feature and I don't see it in Outlook.

    Thanks! Mary

Rather than get the email addresses from a contact folder...I have a huge spreadsheet of email addresses and other data and need to send out an email to everyone on the list. Is there a good cheat doc on doing something like this. Data in Excel, message to send in word or outlook form, email addresses in the same Excel and sending through Exchange.

Bryan, there are several threads in the Excel Forum on automating the sending of Excel data using Outlook as an engine, look there. Also, Ron deBruin's site is an excellent source of Excel e-mail code examples and explanations.
