XP upgrade + Office 2000 (Windows XP)

OK, I know when you upgrade to Windows XP, you have to reinstall Office 2000. I did that. However, it only seemed to work for one user. We have two users set up. For the first one, Office works fine. For the second user, though, if I try to launch Outlook, I get that lovely message that windows has been upgraded and outlook must configure itself. If you click "OK" it just hangs.

Any ideas what's going on? Why would it have only affected one user, not all. Am I going to have to reinstall Office 2000 again? I'd really prefer not to. If I do, how do I ensure it will work for both users.

    Thanks for any help.

Does the other User have Administrative Privileges?

Yes, both users have admin privileges.
