    Screen shots (Office 2K SR-1)

    Hi all,

I'd like some help in copying screen shots to a Word document. Specifically, I'm copying shots of web pages I'm viewing and I need to paste a bunch into Word. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I like to save the screen shots in a graphics program and save them as a jpg or gif type. I then will insert the image. This way I can use it more that once and can edit it if needed.

I use HardCopy to make my screen shots.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

A lot of people recommend a freeware utility called Irfanview & you can save screen shots. Also, the simple way is simply to press Alt+PrintScreen when you're on the web page, which copies the active window, & then paste into Word. However, it pastes it as a bitmap, which you may or may not want.
    Cheers,

You can also press Alt-print screen (key to the right of F12), then go into Word doc and paste. Use picture toolbar to crop what you don't want.
