    Word document open from a website (WD97SR2)

    Next problem...

    Hello All,

    We have a nice Word document with macro's and forms.
    When the document is opend the macro AutoOpen starts.
    We have placed this document on a internet site and after clicking the link, Word is showing the macros allert message.
    After clicking OK to open the document including the macro's The document is opend, but the macro is not started... why?

    I don't know "why," but I think the workaround might be to place a Windows shortcut on the Internet server and link to the shortcut rather than directly to the document. Bjorn has been struggling with this issue in implementing SharePoint Team Portal, so you are not alone in finding this behavior.

    We solved it, very simple
    We saved the document as template and the problem was solved..
