one time invites to a recurring meeting (Outlook 2000)

    Hello

I have a recurring meeting in my calendar. I would like to invite a couple of new people to attend just one occurence of that meeting. When I opened up that meeting's window (specifying to open just this occurence) and invited more attendees, it looks like they were being invited to the whole recurring series. Do I just need to send them a separate invitation to a new, one-time-only meeting at the same time?

    Thanks

Yes, you need a separate meeting request. Outlook doesn't have a way to do what you'd like.

    That's what I thought - thanks.
