List query fields but skip fields not 'shown' (Access 2000)

I'm using a routine posted by John Viescas to dump information about query fields into a table. An excerpt:
' Next, go through all the QueryDefs
    For Each qdf In db.QueryDefs
' Examine all the fields and dump them to the demo table
    For Each fld In qdf.Fields
' Set up to add a new row
    rst.AddNew
    ' Save table name
    rst!TableName = qdf.Name
John's code works fine. The problem is that I want to skip fields that have the "show" box unchecked in the QBE grid. Is there any way to do this?

You aren't going to see the fields that have the "show" box unchecked anyhow. Those are criteria fields and aren't part of the fields collection.

Thanks, I see now in testing that you are correct.
