Open or Save Option when viewing a video clip (6.0.2800.1106)

Can anyone tell me where the setting is that brings up a window asking - do you want to open or save - when I click on a URL that plays a video clip. I just upgraded to the 6.0 SP1 version and lost that ability. I don't think it is related to the new version, just the settings somewhere, because I had two machines running 5.5 and I was always asked to choose with one of the machine and never asked with the other. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. I have looked everywhere I can think of for that setting.

    Thanks,
    Mike

In the File Types dialog (Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options... > MPG (etc.)

Look for "Confirm Open after download" (old picture from Windows 2000 attached)

Thanks for the suggestion. All I could do in Folder options was change the icon, there was no opportunity to edit. I'm not sure this option would do what I am wanting. I really want the option to download the video clip instead of open it -- from the browser.

That would be exceedingly rare... Does the Edit button simply not appear, is it grayed out, or is it not functional?
