white print on color in grayscale print (PowerPoint 2000 SR1)

I have "inherited" a PPT file that has lettering on a dark background. Ultimately the file will be printed grayscale on a B/W printer, so I want the lettering to appear white. How do I make that happen? (please see attached file).

    TIA,
    Georgette

A co-worker gave me the solution. See attached file for directions.

Just one thing to note. You have to be in B/W View in order for the B/W settings to be available.

You can also reach the B/W settings by right-clicking on an object when in B/W View.
