I was looking at other posts and saw the question about a MS Project viewer. I too had searched for a viewer and did not find one. Recently I discovered that the 6.0 version of Adobe Acrobat (not the reader, the full version) will print a project plan as a pdf file. Once Adobe is installed, it adds a "Printer" to your available printers. (WIN 2000). Just select the pdf printer, preview your project to get the view as you desire and print. Adobe saves as a pdf. You can forward to anyone that has Adobe Acrobat Reader (that's free from Adobe) and they can print, view etc. I have also used this feature to publish a pdf version of a project portfolio on-line.
