Do you mean the Find (->Menu Edit -> Find) option or the Search(find_text, within_text, start_num) function?

Are you talking about search in Excel or here in the Lounge? If you are talking about the Lounge search function, it has been temporarily disabled. The lounge has become so popular that it was using too many resources on the web server. To reduce the resource usage, and to speed up response time, the search function had to be disabled and all posts older that three months had to be removed. The Lounge administrator is working on a solution that will make the search available again. Unfortunately, he injured his back and has not been able to work on the problem for quite a while now.
