    Find and Replace (2002)

In Access 97 when using Find and Replace you could copy and paste the item you wanted to find in the Find and replace box.

In Access 2002 the copy and paste feature in Find and Replace does not work.

I don't consider this change an improvement. Any way to make copy and paste work in the Find and Replace box?

    Thanks

I'm puzzled as to why yours doesn't work - I just did a copy (CTRL-C) and a paste (CTRL-V) into both the Find and the Replace text boxes with no difficulty. How are you trying to do it?

    Wendell-
You are right . It works that way. I was trying to highlight and right click to select Paste or use the button on the toolbar to paste.
I could do that in 97. I don't usually use the keyboard shortcuts.
    Strange that they changed that.
Thanks for the help - Now I know a way to do it.
