    DUPLICATE ENTRIES (ACCESS 2000)

I have a database that I import text files to every morning. After I import the files I bring up a report. I have 3 to 4 lines of the same entry (same person and information). Is there a way to stop this using parameters in a query, or do I have to go to each individual block on the report and select "NO" on the show duplicates property field?

There is a property of queries that you can set that says Unique Values. If your report is based on a query, you can set that value for the query property and your report should no longer contain duplicate records.
