MS Photo Editor Error for non-administrative user
OS: Windows 2000 Application: Office 2000 Premium Symptom: Non-administrative user launches photo-editor Receives message "No File Format Info Can Be Found In Regestry"
TECHNET ARTICLE # Q260151 gives a fix - but this does not work. The fix simplified; Go Into REGEDT32 and goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftware Microsoft Shared Tools
Use Security menu >Permissions >User >Full control
