    Title Master missing (2000)

Our install of Powerpoint allows creating / changing Slide, Handouts and Notes Master, but not Title Master. I haven't used it in a while, but should this not be default option? Any idea how to install / upgrade / get it to work?

    Thanks.

It depends on whether or not the particular presentation has a Title Master or not. Try creating a new presentation using the "Artsy" Design Template - when you do that you should have a Title Master. If you want to add a Title Master, go to View / Slide Master and while the Slide Master is being viewed, do Insert / New Title Master.

I'm assuming that you are using a blank presentation and that when you go to View, Master. Title Master is greyed out.

    Solution:
Go to View, Master, Slide Master.
Choose the Insert menu and you'll find Title Master has been added to the menu.
Once you've added a Title Master to the presentation it will continue to be available.
