    Duplicate Appointment Acceptances (WIN XP PRO)

    I have full delegated authority from my boss. In addition, copy of all his emails are forwarded to my Inbox. When I set an appointment in his calendar and invite attendees, I receive the acceptance (or refusal) twice. I'm assuming it must be tied up with receiving a copy of all his emails (although I only get one of those). <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20> . Is this something that can be fixed or do I need to live with it?

    I'd be grateful for any help. My IT people are flummoxed as well.

    The other system should be set to send requests and responses only to the delegate. Check its Tools | Options | Delegates tab. You'll find the checkbox there.
