    Query Question (2000)

I am running a totals query. I have 2 fields ProductDesc (Group By) and Members (Sum). When I run the query it gives me a grand total at the top of the query which I do not want.
I take this query and use it in another query where I add another column called enroll - Enroll: IIf([QryProdDescMembers]![SumOfFAMembers]=0,"N","Y") which works fine except for that total record in the query. How do I create a totals query without this total record?

I'm sorry, I don't understand. What is it you're trying to accomplish? Can you give a description, or an example?

    Re: Query Question (2000)

I am sorry - my mistake. The query is fine. It isn't a total as I thought it was - it is a record that doesn't have a product description but has members.
